From partner coordination and guest communications to travel and on-site delivery, we turn opportunities into purposeful, well-managed programs.

  • Sport Dimensions is Shell’s motorsports activation agency in North America. We connect Shell teams with the opportunities available through Shell’s partnerships, then help shape and execute the right program - from initial recommendations and partner coordination to guest communications, on-site experience, and post-event follow-up.

  • As early as possible. Lead times vary by activation. Some local programs may be possible with a few weeks’ notice, while major races, international travel, custom branding, and executive programs may require several months. Each activation page includes an estimated lead time, but availability should always be confirmed with Sport Dimensions.

  • Costs are planning estimates, not quotes. The per person estimates generally depend on a minimum number of guests confirmed.

    The final investment depends on timing, guest count, ticket or hospitality level, travel, accommodations, meals, gifts, transportation, staffing, and other program elements. Sport Dimensions will develop a custom-scoped recommendation before commitments are made.

  • You do not need a finished plan to begin discussions with Sport Dimensions. It is helpful to share:

    • The business objective

    • Intended audience

    • Preferred location or event

    • Estimated number of guests

    • Timing or date flexibility

    • Approximate budget

    • Whether travel or accommodations may be required

    • Any internal approval deadline

  • Inclusions do vary by program. Depending on the activation, the experience may include hospitality access, tickets or credentials, accommodations, transportation, meals, gifts, guest communications, partner coordination, on-site hosting, and program management.

    Guest airfare, airport transfers and guest incidentals are never included in the estimates.

    Each activation page should identify its typical inclusions and exclusions.

  • No. Inventory, partner approvals, driver schedules, venues, and allocations can change on a daily basis. An opportunity is not confirmed until Sport Dimensions has verified availability and the required approvals and commitments are complete.

  • Yes. The catalog is designed as a starting point, not a limitation. Sport Dimensions can combine existing assets, adapt a proven program, or design a custom experience around your customer audience, market, objective, and budget.

  • When customers or external guests are on-site, an appropriate Shell host is required. Sport Dimensions staff has been internally vetted and approved by Shell to act as a Shell host on your behalf.

  • HSSE requirements vary by venue, activity, audience, and transportation plan. Sport Dimensions will identify applicable requirements during planning and incorporate them into the program timeline, guest communications, and on-site execution.
